The Living To Your Max Framework

Our mission

Living To Your Max is a human development institute designed to help individuals, couples,  and leaders live to the fullest expression of their capabilities, body, mind and spirit, by cultivating self-discovery, relational eloquence, and leadership mastery.

Some of Our Clients

"Going through Living To Your Max as a leadership team was eye-opening to say the least. We all had experience and strong opinions, but under pressure the team's communication would break down in subtle ways.

The work helped us slow things down and get clearer with each other. We learned how to regulate ourselves in meetings, speak more directly, and take responsibility without defensiveness. It didn’t stay in theory. It changed how we actually worked together."

Meet Our Team

Eli Maksoudian

Founder | Leadership & Relational Advisor

Eli Maksoudian is the founder of Living To Your Max, where he works with individuals, couples, and leaders to help them live closer to the fullest expression of their capabilities by cultivating greater coherence between body, mind, and spirit.

With over 15 years of international experience in coaching, advising, and consulting, Eli has worked with individuals and organizations across Canada, Dubai, Qatar, the United States, Lebanon, and France. His work supports people in developing greater self-awareness, relational clarity, and the capacity to make decisions and lead their lives with greater alignment and responsibility.

Eli’s approach emphasizes depth, responsibility, and embodied practice. Rather than focusing on inspiration or quick insights, he works with people to build durable capacities, strengthening self-regulation, relational intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex human dynamics with presence, discernment, and integrity.

Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and human behavioral science, his work focuses on the development of self-mastery, relational intelligence, and leadership. Through this approach, he helps individuals and couples cultivate clearer communication, deeper understanding of themselves and others, and more conscious ways of relating, living, and leading.
