About the event

This 3 day event, held in a luxury spa, offers you the chance to explore the inner depths of your abilities, and give you the tools you need to tap into, and greatly expand, your RESILIENCE. The facility will give your body the rest and recovery it needs althewhile our training and reflections will push the boundaries of your mental strengths.

During our 3 day retreat we will cover how RESILIENCE plays a primordial role in our everyday routine as well as our life-altering events. Whether we actively seek it or not, uncontrolled changes are a constant occurence in our life. To face them, surmount them, and even use them to our advantage we need to build and expand our RESILIENCE.
